The AmorePasta Story
Our family came from Italy to Canada 60 years ago seeking a better life. With a lot of hard work, from being a busboy to having his own restaurants, our dad, Giuseppe Crudo (Papa Joe), and our mom, Mirella, rooted the love for food in our hearts, so we could start a dream of our own.
After learning all the aspects of the business, Nick Crudo, our CEO and founder, created a fusion between his Italian background and his Canadian roots. He perfected the idea of fast quality food with the creation of AMOREPASTA.
We launched in 2016 with a unique concept: people being able to have a heart meal, combining top-quality products into their own special creations!
It was Canada’s first Create Your Own Pasta concept.
Since then, we’ve opened three more stores and had our first franchise in 2021.
